The Route to Success
Tutoring sessions are customized to each student's needs following an initial skills assessment. Students have the option to bring their homework or benefit from The Study Station's research-based curriculum and effective teaching methods in literacy and mathematics.

Curriculum
The Study Station implements these specific curriculum:
Singapore and Bridges Math Curriculum, UFLI (University of Florida Institute) Foundations, and Voyager Sopris Sound Partners Reading Intervention.
The Study Station also has a wide expertise of knowledge through many years of teaching and may implement other academic strategies and methods to ensure student progress.
The Study Station uses the Minnesota grade-level academic standards as a guide.
The Study Station Route to Success!

1.
Initial Meeting
Collaborative meeting with tutor to discuss contract, curriculum, and complete the initial skills assessment for baseline data
2.
Plan Determined
After the initial skills assessment, a tutoring plan will be developed and agreed upon by tutor and family
3.
Tutoring Sessions
Individualized 50 minute sessions with tutor begin. The tutor follows the tutoring plan and adjusts accordingly based upon observation and continued assessment data
4.
Progress Review
Overall progress will be communicated by tutor after an agreed amount number of sessions
Continued Success
To ensure continued progress, communication and collaboration are key. It is important that the The Study Station and family work together as team.
